Dr. Sunil Kulkarni commenced his career serving the nation as a government servant at STPI for 11 years and played a crucial role in setting up of various Tech Parks in Maharashtra.
The IT Parks, initiated by Dr. Kulkarni, have generated an enormous sum of $15 Billion exports over the years as well as employment for 3 Lakh people. He was awarded and recognized at the NASSCOM Silver Jubilee, for his remarkable contribution to Pune IT Ecosystem
Post his government stint, Dr. Sunil Kulkarni embarked on the glorious journey as an entrepreneur in 2003, when he first helped a client with the regulatory approvals in record time. Since then, he has not looked back and has dedicated his life to providing impeccable service to clients in IT sector, who are looking for a hassle-free solution to their regulatory needs.

Providing Opinion / Assistance / Guidance pertaining to Availing Incentives & Exemptions of the State or Central Government Schemes (setting up of SEZ, IT Park, Industrial Park, Infrastructure Service Provider, Foreign Trade Policy) & subsequent operational issues, Litigations & Representations.
Undertaking Regulatory Compliance Review (RCR). RCR ensures conforming of requisite norms under various Acts, Rules, Notification, Circulars, Government Resolutions, Government Orders issued by State or Central Government in Information Technology Sector.
Conducting Online & Offline Training Sessions on schemes such as SEZ or IT /Industrial Parks, specifically in ICT Sector.
Drafting Reply to Show-Cause-Notice (SCN) & Attending Personal Hearing with adjudicating authorities such as Commissioner Appeal, GST Appellate Tribunal and High Court.

During his 40 years of career, He had broad exposure and gathered experience in a wide range of business sectors & industries, including power, renewable energy, carbon credit, energy conservation, environment protection, sugar, agro-processing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, banking, & education.
He had been a part of implementation programs for various government schemes, such as Skill development , food parks and industrial clusters. He also developed various strategies for providing assistance and support to families or individuals impacted by any major infrastructure project. Imparted vocational and IT education to more than 25 Lakh budding entrepreneurs and Youths during 1995 to 2021 .
